About TERAVIL

TERAVIL, started in 2006, is a spin-off company from Optoelectronics laboratory in the Center for Physical Sciences and Technology (in 2006 it was Semiconductors Physics Institute). It is known as manufacturer of photoconductive, terahertz range detectors and emitters. TERAVIL has strong ties with Center for Physical Sciences and Technology (State institute), so it has access to the technological and scientific facilities of the center. It doubles the opportunities of the small company to develop new technologies and bring it to the market. Products are designed to use mainly in scientific and industrial laboratories. One of the latest developments (together with partner EKSPLA) is terahertz range Time Domain Spectrometer "T-spec". TERAVIL is open for cooperation with other companies or scientific institutions to develop new products and technologies under subcontracting or partnership principles.
